Prescott, AZ July 4th Fireworks 2014

Prescott's July 4th Fireworks Celebration 2014 is honored to have won Discovery Channel's Destination
America, Red, White and You, "Over the Top Independence Day Party" contest.  This year's event will feature a nationally known musical group to be announced, an appearance by the Deep Fried Masters television show and a ramped up fireworks display at 9pm.  Thanks to a local resident who entered the contest on behalf of her community, we all get to celebrate July 4th even bigger this year.

Prescott’s July 4th Fireworks Celebration Events 2014 will be happening at Pioneer Park from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  There’s free general admission for all, and pre-sale carnival wrist bands can be purchased from the City of Prescott by calling 928-777-1349 or emailing becky.garvin@prescott-az.gov.  The carnival includes zip-lining, water slides, bungee trampoline jumping, climbing walls, carnival games, spinning gyro, pony rides, electric swings, mindwinder, train rides, zorbing, and more.

Prescott’s July 4th Fireworks Celebration Parking and Shuttle Service 2014 start from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University on Willow Creek Road.  Going north on Willow Creek, turn left on Hass Boulevard which is the north entrance into the campus.  The service is free and the shuttles have plenty of room for coolers, shade umbrellas, chairs, and strollers.  The event has a “No Pets Allowed” policy so plan accordingly and leave your critters home.

Prescott Arizona displays a great community spirit year round but especially over July 4th.  Many have relocated here for the mild climate, education, retirement, and numerous outdoor activities.  For those considering relocation, Prescott homes range from under 100,000 to the multimillions depending on your tastes and desires.  Historic Victorian homes throughout Prescott downtown give a sense of the culture from the old west, while ranch style horse properties abound in Williamson Valley for the equestrian who loves year round outdoor riding.  There are also numerous golf communities such as Prescott Lakes, Antelope Hills, Prescott Golf & Country Club, and Talking Rock Ranch for the avid golfer.

To better understand Prescott’s history and why we love it so much take in the July 4th events such as the numerous downtown parades, World’s Oldest Rodeo 2014, and get out and play for the day at Prescott's July 4th Fireworks Celebration 2014. This is one you won’t want to miss!
